🎥 Resident Brings a New Perspective to Wallingford
As a local real estate broker, Wallingford resident Wesley Krombel had a practical reason to get into drone photography. Over time, it became more than just part of his work. It became a personal passion, a new way to see the world.
“To think that as humans, we didn’t experience flight until just over a century ago, and now here I am, with a drone controller in my hands, watching Wallingford from above, seeing the town I love so much from breathtaking heights. It’s astonishing to witness our community’s landscapes unfold from perspectives only birds used to see. Capturing Wallingford’s charm and vibrancy through my drone is not only a thrilling experience but also a unique way to celebrate our hometown—where I was born, raised, and still proudly work as a real estate broker. While some see drones as mere tech gadgets, I see them as storytellers. They capture the essence of a place, reveal hidden details, and provide a perspective that connects people to Wallingford in a completely new way.”
- Wesley Krombel
We hope you enjoy some of Wesley’s work below, taken this past Christmas Eve when Wallingford enjoyed a dusting of snow:
